Located approximately 30km North of Welkom in the Free State Province of South Africa, the 504MW Khauta solar energy facility will comprise two commercial projects, the 348MW Khauta South and 156MW Khauta West facilities. Khauta is NOA Group’s first utility-scale solar PV project, and once complete, it will be one of the largest solar generation sites in South Africa.
