The legal advisor will be responsible to negotiate and draft PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) whereby NOA will procure energy from Independent Power Producers. A draft PPA and Heads of Terms do exist, but the legal advisor will need to tailor these to be fit for purpose.

The role will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of NOA’s Environmental and Social Management System and implement ESG risk mitigation actions during project design, development, investment, construction and operation across a growing portfolio of energy projects.

Senior Legal Advisor

As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be instrumental in drafting, negotiating, and managing the energy supply agreements (ESAs) that NOA enters into with its customers. Your role will ensure that these agreements are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with NOA’s strategic objectives.

NOA’s Optimization, Operations & Maintenance (OOM) team is seeking an Technical Analyst who embodies a genuine passion for the technical understanding and modelling of renewable energysolutions. As an Technical Analyst, you will leverage your technical, analytical and problem-solving expertise to analyse technical data recorded at all generators, continuously monitoring the performance of the plants, to find opportunities to improve performance, to forecast generation capacity to our Trading team and to provide the business with an overview of the fleets’ performance on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
